Why you jumping out the window?
If FBAs got together and formed cooperative businesses to lift us up, the gangster references would began to leave our minds and our words would reflect that inward change.
Don't worry about it. I was speaking on impulse. I really hate how we see ourselves sometimes.
The whole planet thinks in the "gangsta" mindset, why do you think we have flags, to rep your country, nation or state. We even bang on other countries (war) who do you think we learned it from.

Nations don't think in "gangsta". A collection of people working together is not gangsta, it's a family. I don't think you are going to equate family with gangs are you. I am referring to nation states of antiquity and not the modern nation state.
It's only different when certain groups do it, most police operate no different than gang's, but because their organized with a uniform and mostly white, they get looked at different.
Gangs are an imitation of organized human endeavors and vice versa. Hierarchical structures are agnostic to the purpose that they serve: legal or illegal.
