I am not sure how they would do something like this on a wide-scale. I think this is why it hasn't happened yet. Like we have people that came here after the fact that don't know about their heritage either and white people that have slave blood because of swirling. It is a mess. It should have happened within the first 20 years of slaves being set free... They purposely waited hoping no one would notice.

Every other group got their tax cuts and land. Maybe that is where our people need to start.
