I had the pleasure of watching this last night and it was so much better than I anticipated. The run down...it follows a few couples as they try to work through their sexual misunderstandings. There was a Black couple, a Black man/White woman couple, 2 LGBT couples, and an old couple in their 60's around @HailCzr85's age. I only watched the the couples with > or = 1 Black person so if you want to hear about some LGBT or old people sex you in the wrong spot.

    The Pros
What I liked about the show the most is that there seemed to be a real emphasis on helping the couples get through their sexual misfortunes. It wasn't like other reality shows that want to spend more time highlighting the dysfunction than the actual fix, WE'RE LOOKING AT YOU HOARDERS. The Pros of the show for me were the couples, we'll start with:

Damon and Erika (The Black Couple)
These two were very interesting, when I first started watching I thought the wife was a prude but after a couple episodes it was clear that the man was the issue. He thought she was not kinky but he simply never listened to her when she told him how she wanted to be pleased. When the Sex guru started working with them she was able to slow things down and get them to listen to one another. He found out how to unlock his woman and once he did she was wilder than him. It was awesome seeing these two become vulnerable and really explore and learn about one another. Their love for one another grew by the end, it was so dope...they were excited and gave each other dap at the end. It was dope, I love seeing Black love.

Rama and Felicitas (Black Man/White Woman)
These two were also interesting but you could tell the wife lost respect for him because he's a beta male. I was hoping to see a huge breakthrough between these two but the wife kept having this face:

    mjdisbeliefbwdisbelief2

She mentioned that she had to make way too many decisions around the house and that he was basically her third child. She said she couldn't get eroused because she would be exhausted after having to take care of the kids and him. She expressed the desire to be led but he never would step up to the plate. No he's not FBA.

    The Cons
The only con I could see was that the sex guru Jaiya was doing some snake oil salesmen nonsense with her husband that made me cringe. He made her have an orgasm without touching her, it was ridiculous and cheesy to me.

    Summary
It's a great watch for those that are sexually liberated and have a healthy outlook on it. If you're the type that likes to have sex with your boxers on and thinks that any position other than missionary is the devil's work then stay away...this is not the show for you!

My girl trine get me to watch this I’m not really with it. Is it one of those spaced out tantric sex things? We watched this other joint and it was too abstract for me. I know chakras is ways the Indians classified things but I grew up hearing those words as hoe babble. So is it grounded or what?

Gwenneth Paltrow is a nutcase. There. I said it. I don't care. That woman is crazy. She even has the crazy eyes. I appreciate the documentary from what I read of it but I don't have any desire to watch it. Again, I can appreciate people working through their sexual issues instead of giving up on a relationship but this kind of show just isn't for me.

She was not central to the documentary even in the least bit. Surely you can set aside your angst for the lady to enjoy this series, right?

Nah the joint’s grounded from what I saw. I only watched the Black people though so I don’t know about the rest.

Regardless of her, this isn't something I would watch. If I am going to watch a documentary it is going to be more about history, animals, the planet, etc. not social relations between people. I get the value of it and I am sure it helps a lot of people but it just isn't for me.
