When it comes to dating, most people have their own set of signs or red flags they look out for. These can be in appearance, attitude, or actions.

What are some signs or red flags you keep an eye out for that tell you that you shouldn't be messing around with that person?

For me, my red flags are pretty upfront:
- Contact with an ex
- No stable job
- Disconnected from family
- Recently moved (not always bad but it raising questions)
- On many different social dating apps
- Tells stories/runs a lot of game
- Drug abuse symptoms
- Any sort of anger issues
- Second phone
- Unreliable

I hate getting myself into a liability all in the name of getting into a new relationship. If you don't have anything doing to provide your basic needs, I'm never going to get into any friendly relationship with you and not to talk about romantic relationship.

I don't like it when someone plays too smart all the time, even when it's obvious they are in the wrong. It's one of my biggest turn off because those kind of people would never agree they are wrong in any way and they will never be willing to learn from their mistakes.

I like to keep my eyes on how he treats other people. He may pretend with me. How he treats others goes a long way.

The basics - lying, cheating, stealing, acting off, playing things up, being too specific, etc. etc.

This is not foolproof though cause a lot of people can put up game for 3 to 6 months before the cracks start to show. That is why you have to be careful early on in relationships.

If we are supposedly dating and you're still in contact with your ex girlfriend or boyfriend, there's nothing more to talk about because I'm going to walk out of the relationship like we never started anything. If you're still in talks with your ex, he or she was never an ex but probably off for a while and you decided to call the person your ex. I can't deal with that sh*t!

I just try to know if she truly enjoys my company and how many male friends she keep, not that I don't want her been around other guys but there should be some form limit, too many ain't a good sign to me. If she's too demanding and don't even try to find some good ways to pay off her own bills but always wanting me to do all that for her then that's definitely a red flag, I like to spend on my woman but I would also like her to have something going on for her self Like a job or a business and I would gladly support her in whichever way I can.

At this moment I don't have any girl friend, the qualities I need if I'll going for a girl friend are as follows;

- Good character
- Tall and well looking
- Not engaged in different dating apps
- Responsible and loyal.
