I didn't watch the whole thing, just the bit where the other dude took the sword off him. I bet drugs were involved here. He has to be on something. Who just smokes with a gun pointed at him and like 7 cops yelling. Like it isn't no big deal.

Sincerely, I don't really get the hint on what the man was tryna accomplish though, but just a good reminder that no body was hurt and the cops got a hold of him before anything could happen.

No, the many was armed. Law enforcement rushed in, black dude was exoting area and with sleight of hand perk equipped managed to disarm the perpetrator.

I thought the same damn thing. If he was a black man, they probably would have shot him up or they would have waited until the black man who disarmed the other dude took the sword and shot them both!
