Been saying on here and to others for years that there are 1000s of these situations and the ones we hear about are the one in 100 or one in one thousand.
White supremacy has and is doing the death by a 1000 cuts with Black folks in America. Missing child here, missing woman there. Suspicious death here, suspicious death there, different cities, states and it seems un-connected. It is. But how? The suspected murderer in this story in Los Angeles is related to the stories we read about in in Kansas City because they all operate and are motivated culturally by the system of white supremacy.
100 years ago. A black man could be lynched in Missouri and Georgia on the same day. Do the Whites in Missouri know the Whites in Georgia who lynched? No, but they have the same mindset.
That is what is happening today. They all have the same mindset, its understood. Just like how we can give the brotha nod, acknowledgment to any black man in a white area from Boston to Houston to Seattle and its culturally understood.
White supremacy operates the same way. They have an understanding. The local police, the prosecutor, the whole justice system. It's culturally understood to let white people kill us.
You can't stop that but you can adopt a culture among each other to look out, take preventive actions. That is the one thing that has, to a certain extent, been lost post Civil Rights. We (all Blacks living in America), had to be on alert for each other, lynchings in the south, sun-down towns over all of America. Openly racist law enforcement all over America.
We got complacent. Those of us in the hood have 1000s of missing kids and women, death by a 1000s cuts and no community unity over it. Middle class Blacks letting their kids where they have their kids going to all white schools, no preparation of dealing with all white environments and they are getting bullied. They are committing suicide. This never happened 80 years ago, black kids contemplating suicide. Middle class black families in the 'burbs allowing their sons or daughters to go to sleepovers and are either bullied, abused or killed. Never would have happened 80 years ago. Tons of us had grandparents who cleaned white peoples houses, my grandma did, and these families would tell you to bring your child over for a birth day party perhaps or whatever. They knew better. They either had to be there or they made an excuse of why they couldn't come alone. Especially if they were going to stay the night.
It breaks my heart because I know for a fact from a friend in law enforcement that there are groups and individuals of whites out there who target black kids and women specifically for all kinds of sordid shyt. Things that are way too sordid to talk about. The sickest ish imaginable. What breaks my heart is a lot of these abductions are avoidable with proper community vigilance and a stronger code.
We are in a state of emergency as a community and many if not most of us don't realize it and are the ones with the missing kids, women and sometimes men. We are either sidelined dealing with just meeting daily needs if we are poor or gaslighted into putting Israel, LBTGQ,, Ukraine, Abortion as more important than our own survival.
