I can't see any of this, I have Insta blocked, same with Facebook.

I do miss the '90s. I feel like that was such a cool time period to be alive. Tech was booming but it wasn't everywhere. Coming home after school and looking forward to the weekends to kick it with friends and play games on Nintendo 64... I miss those days.

Also miss my mom beating my brother with her slipper for throwing the controller at the TV screen. Good times!

That's smart, aint a dman thing on either. Do you remember when Super Smash Brothers first came out? It was so huge, everyone would want to come over my house to play it.

Yup! Was the case at my house as well. I grew up with two brothers so someone was always having friends over playing something. Fun times. Miss being a kid numb and dumb to the world lol

I have nostalgia about the 90s. I know there was some bad things that happened then, but I would almost wish for the 90s to return instead of 2023. Just being honest. I would have to return to a child growing up. LOL. I love my life now as an adult, but the 90s were a lot more wholesome than today.

I can understand why you feel that way. The 90s were definitely a simpler time, and there was a certain innocence about the world that has been lost in recent years. It's natural to feel nostalgic for a time when things felt easier and less complicated. It's good to appreciate the present and look forward to the future, but it's also important to hold onto the fond memories of the past.

I would even go back to the time when we could play outside without being fearful of being snatched and drinking out of the front water hose without thinking about sodium fluoride and other toxic things. Etc. Of course, some of the people I love now were not living in the 90s so that means I would not have them if I could time travel back to the 90s.

Yes, safety concerns and environmental issues have become more prevalent in recent years. It's unfortunate that we can't enjoy some of the simple pleasures of childhood without worrying about safety or potential harm. However, it's good to focus on the positive memories and experiences we have, while also striving for a safer and healthier future.

And while time travel isn't possible, we can still create new positive memories with the people we love, regardless of whether they were around in the 90s or not. It's about cherishing the present and creating new memories to look back on fondly in the future.

Yep. I am doing the best I can to live a great life while preparing for the future. I know it is a balance. I have found ways to make the most out of my life. I know others are doing the same thing.
