If George W. Bush doesn't care about Black people even when
Hurricane Katrina of New Orleans hurts us, then wouldn't it also make sense to say that Joe Biden doesn't care about Black people too even when our water is being poisoned by his racist friends? None of these presidents and politicians, including the Black ones, care about Black people.
