I saw gas go from $3.29 to $4.29 IN ONE WEEK.

I looked at the prices today (took the day off to catch up on shopping) and WTF, it is now $4.59!! I read that at this rate, we will all be paying over $10 a gallon in July. What is being done about this? Old White Man Joe is "cutting deals" with Iran for oil instead of opening up our own damn pipelines and supplying us cheaper than anywhere else. I am getting pissed over this cause I feel like a bigger percentage of my paycheck is going toward filing up my damn car each week.

I feel that. We are already talking about setting up some carpool system at work so we aren't all feeling the brunt of this nonsense. Just another example of the white men at the top looking to screw up and screw over everyone they can.

This morning I was going through google after my jog and found that there are shops that charge a fee the convert from gas to waterpower, I figured I could by an older model car from ClassicCars.com later on this year or next and test theory out myself.

Something needs to be done. I was just at the gas station earlier today and there were people who were having a fit there. The price keeps going up and I read there is likely no return to being below $4 for MONTHS. There are talks of things getting up to $300 a barrel. Just imagine that. Right now I think it is around $120. We will be paying damn near $10 A GALLON.

They talm bout $7/gallon by the summer...and MSM had the audacity to say Americans are okay with paying higher gas prices to stand up for Ukrainian freedom. Complete bullshit.

We already paying that here in California! I drove 550 miles over the past week and it costed me $240 bucks. It costs me $91 to fill up my tank now when it typically costs $50.

You must drive an SUV. Our gas is around $4.50 in DC but it's increasing every day. I'm glad I telework.

Yeah so that's why it costs a lot. It get decent mileage on the freeway but on the street and in sport mode it's a gas guzzler.

I saw something about some states doing tax breaks or something so gas prices will come down. Not sure if this will happen or work but only a handful of states are doing it. Maybe some of the costs will come down. Guess we have to wait and see.

Opening up our own pipelines will do nothing to reduce prices. The oil companies are price-gouging the people.

A few years ago, it was exposed that thousands of barrels of oil were being hoarded by ships off-shore. I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's still the case.
