We get to deal with it and they don't even care. They get told, "sorry, we don't have the resources" if they even get hired and are allowed to stay employed at all.

YET, we gotta pull out the red carpet for these damn LGBTQIADISNEY+ mofos (many of whom are just as if not more anti-Black racist as their straight counterparts, especially the white gay males), give them all the accommodations in the world, be pressured to love and coddle and embrace them more than their parents do, and not say or do any they can perceived as "anti-LGBTQ+" . THIS IS NOT EQUALITY AND EQUITY.

I just don't get why they can't act normal. Like I have been to a pride parade... Not by choice, kind of just had to go through it to get to where I was going...
