Ladies let’s get it together. We need too or eat better and recognize that our body is our temple.

Americans need better eating habits. All of our quick service restaurants are trash food that is made in a laboratory and prepared onsite.

Think about the food you eat when you go to McDonalds. It’s made to be able to survive through the supply chain first, taste second, your health may not even be in one of the top 10 priorities for them.

The you think about the crap in the water, crap in the air and our bodies are under attack all day, every day.

Yeah, something has to give. I agree with what @Jay said, the easy options are so unhealthy.

I think it also has to do with how our society is - I don't see a lot of focus on being healthy. A lot of things that are supposed to be healthy are just fad diets that don't work either.
The USA is about money, money, money. All we‘re taught is to go to school, go to college, get a good job, get debt, and spend the rest of your life trying to make more money to support more debt. The dollar is everything here and nothing is worth preserving if it gets in the way of you getting a dollar.

It’s a sick system and it’s hard to see when you live in it but outsiders can see it. We just feel the symptoms.

It's so normal these days that if you mention a females weight they think you're trying to trash them, I grew up where overweight people (high school grade school) were a very small percentage. With the praising of overweight people they made it normal for men and women to think being unhealthy is a good thing. it's not, it looks bad and I'm sure makes them feel worse.

People are soft as charmin. U say they overweight then they accuse you of shaming and not promoting body positivity.

Sheesh. The last time I read about the average it was something like 34 inch waistline and 150lbs.

I can bet you (cause you know most of these women aren't going to change) we see these numbers hit 200lbs and 40+inch waistline average in 5 years.

I have never been a stick but I have never let myself go either. This is all that hormone-infested, high-calorie crap fast food they are indulging on. No man (or woman) in their right mind wants to make a commitment to being with someone who can't take care of themselves.
