Great point and what I’d note with the Moors is they were comprised of Arabs, a lineage based designation who’s skin tones ran the gambit, and Berbers who’s skin tones still run the gambit leaning towards the blacker shades. Many Berber Caliphates originating from Senegal (one being my profile).
