The US government has been a burden on us forever now. But, what if the US government made it right somehow, someway. What would they need to do to make things right? There's a lot the US government has done to us, some unforgivable. They have tried to help in some ways, but it's never been enough and has felt like a little too late.

But, for you, what do you need the US government to do to make things right?

For me, I don't know really. I suppose reparations, but I don't know how that would work. Affordable housing for everyone is a must imo. So many people are put on the streets because they can't pay rent. No one should be pushed out of their home because they can't pay. Also, I would love to see the US government owning up to their past hate and behaviour, and apologize to the world for the horrible things they've done. Have they ever tried to make amends for the past? There's def a lot more they need to do. What do they need to do for you though?

How it would look? Like every other group who's gotten restitution for a wrong towards them. Cash, check, money.
Affordable housing?... Naw, free housing. The amount of work our ancestors did, the amount of bodies they used, killed and molested,they can never put a dollar amount on that. But for starters, I'd like to see every FBA in the United States with at least a 750k check off the top, then a 50k check a month for the remainder of their lives.
The moves we would be able to make as a group would be incredible.

They need to back off. I feel like they have too much say and power in our day-to-day lives. I think we can start by getting rid of federal taxation for people who earn under 6 figures. People always go on and on about taxing the rich, how about you stop taxing the damn poor and middle classes!? I am fine with state tax but this federal taxation is a joke. It does nothing for us and everything for them. I am very much against big government and seeing what they have done to "help us" is laughable. If anything, they established a system banking on most people failing.

They need to #CutTheCheck and DOS should NEVER have to pay ANY taxes whatsoever. I want my GD 40 acres.. they can keep the 2 mules.

The whole tax system, banking system, everything is a mess. How do we have people from China owning more land in this damn country than black citizens? I feel like every move they made as a whole in the last 50 years has not only crippled black families in this country but screwed over anyone in America that wanted any semblance of freedom.

"Six figures"!!!? No, eight figures would be a better limit. Definitely zero tax for FBA for the next one hundred years.

You have to start somewhere and I feel with people making 99k or less, they shouldn't be taxed. We can move the post from there. It makes absolutely no sense to tax people who are already struggling to make ends meet.

Inflation has made $99k a low amount. However the basic principle of reducing the burden makes sense.

Hell they have let so many Asians, Hobbi Dobbi's, Africoons, Carribacoons and mexicans that they ALL can pay FBA share of all taxes for the next 500 years.

Yes 100%! Free housing, free land would def be nice too. And money coming in each month.

I agree. If they can at least do that, I'd be happy. The reparations have to be good, but if they don't bother us anymore, I'll be even happier.

Exactly. Looking at my taxes, they rob me of nearly 15k EVERY. DAMN. YEAR. That is enough money to almost afford a brand new car in cash. Imagine what this money can do for people. Like those stuck in the ghettos can have enough extra to actually move out if they want to and raise their kids in a safer area with better schools. I know we get some back, but wtf is $1600 going to get me?
