My older brother thinks it is corny. I have one of those Cooler Master cases with the 3 piece set up of RGB fans in the front and a glass panel on the side. I am looking to add more lights to the inside since I am going to hold off on getting a mini for now. I still think these PCs look good. I like having lights and the option to set the color to my mood. It is fun for me. No matter how corny he thinks it is!

What is your take on it? Do you think it looks dope or do you prefer basic ones with no lights?

Don't take your older brothers opinion too personally; it's just how he feels (at the moment) or without telling you directly he secretly wants to see you spend money, energy & time on something else without trying to seem like he's directly pushing you towards something else. At least I hope that's all it is as a older brother myself would think.

Anyway...

I think they look very cool for streamers the most. As it's aesthetically pleasing to look at. If you got the breed to burn on it why not. But try to be frugal with anything you do.👍🏾✌🏾

Aesthetics is only corny to the people that wear dockers with a pair of new balance sneakers and a tucked in polo from kohls. If you want lights in your computer do it and do it with pride. It looks cool and creates a cool vibe when the lights in the house are off.

I think they look cool. As long as people don't sacrifice performance for aesthetics, then I have no problem with it. My setup isn't RGB, but the front of my PC rotates through these colors:

I like RGB lighting myself. I don't judge people who do or don't, whatever you like, I say more power to ya. I have a cheap RGB Keyboard, and an LED strip on the underside of my desk. I wanted to eventually put LED strips around my shelving and all that. I do really like the aesthetic of it, especially at night.

I'll game and have all the RGB lighting on. Oh and I have a long LED mouse pad.

But yeah, don't let anyone tell you what to like and not like.

I have some RGB in my PC and a mouse and keyboard with RGB lighting, but that's really about it. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. But if it get to a point where the lighting is blinding, than maybe it's time to scale back a bit.

I like the rgb lighting as I have them on mine myself. Whenever you get tired of them, I just turn them off so you have the best of both worlds. LOL
