They are all females which is bad for that person because they're going to keep reproducing. He might as well burn his house down because they are nearly impossible to get rid of. They can come in your home from packages & even your clothes. They live on window sills & in your books. They are very tiny & white or translucent which makes them hard to see outside of a controller. They're harder to get rid of that roaches.

Chemicals don't work on book lice which is why they're so hard to get rid off. The only way that you can get rid of a large infestation is to use a special infrared lamp. At least,this is what I heard. Don't quote me 100% because this is information from years ago. They may have something to kill them now. They're so tiny most people don't even know they exist.

Pretty sure those are springtails. I only know this cause I been doing garden stuff lately. They are attracted to moisture so I could bet you some kid left this controller outside and humidity built up so they made a home of it. It doesn't mean whoever owns the controller is dirty, they are just careless as f.
