Black People are in a freaking anti-Black racist crisis, the real pandemic.
Black. People. Are. In. A. State. Of. Emergency.

Black people are losing their homes, becoming homeless or at risk of homelessness, losing our lives and health, being discriminated against by landlords and non-Black owners of real estate, being gentrified and displaced out of their very own neighborhoods, being targeted by both law enforcement and racist citizens / civilians / illegals / teachers / professionals / public officials / business owners, corporations, etc.

When is Jim Crow Joe Biden going to declare a National State of Emergency regarding the rising and rampant systematic anti-Black racism? When is he finally going to drastically lift the boat of Black America without lifting all boats along with it??!!!

Saving and Refunding Black America is not divisive, it is literally Life or Death. What the USA Government is doing is committing extremely hostile, genocidal, benign neglect toward the Black Community by ignoring our voices, needs, and concerns so that we can lose ground, lose any little power we have, and die off sooner rather than later. Anything to preserve white supremacy and avoid paying out reparations to rightfully increasingly demanding Black people. It's a sick, wicked numbers game to them.

If you're thinking of buying, look into first time buyers programs that pay closing cost and save at least 10k more than the down payment and closing total.

I'm loving being a home owner, but I could be a lot less stressed if I took this advice.
