I know there are a lot of names out there and there is a good chance I have overlooked many of them. I know there is a lot of talent in the underground but you usually only know about those artists if they are local to your area. In terms of rapping, when it comes to speed... Who has the best flow? I am speaking of in general so it can be someone from decades ago, someone no longer with us, even some new artists from the past few years.

If we're talking chopper style it's Twista and everyone else...he's perfected that style and no one imo can stand in front of him. He has the perfect diction, speed, and flow when doing that style, and sounds fluid and natural without wasting words.

These were all the names I was thinking. For me, TechN9ne is in the lead overall. I get why so many put Twista or even a few of the Bone Thugs. I just always preferred Tech's look, voice, and style over the others so I am a bit partial to him.
