I use tiktok on occasion to watch funny/interesting content. I have curated content I enjoy to watch. So for the most part I am good with the content I see. But on occassion I will see big corporations posting content on tiktok, like they're one of the bunch. Usually it's comedy related or they have popular tiktokers/stars promote some bs. I've seen stuff for McDonalds, Burgerking, and a few other fast food joints. As well, I know there was a few for beverages, some promo for a bunch of cheap knock-off toys you can probably get from Wish or something and so on.
Tiktok is bad for the corporation shilling. You can tell right away when it's going to be an ad, it just always sounds like some ad read written by a corporate guy.
What are some of the weirdest ads you've seen on there? Or attempts by big companies to appeal to the younger people on tiktok?
