Will Smith Smacks Chris Rock for Mentioning Jada Pinkett's Alopecia
I had no idea this was an occurring theme from Chris Rock. I hold the L on that for not knowing. But as far as the reporter: Will should have rearranged that dude's grill for kissing him like that (in the mouth). But I stand on my opinion on wishing Will would have sorted with Chris privately, be it verbally or physically. We should keep them folks out of our biz when are grinding axes or checking one another (UNLESS there is a absolutely NO other way to do so).
Thanks for that Twitter post. But I guess I'm a bit jaded towards Jada for the shade she tends to throw at FBA fellas. It seems she carries the Liberals' dub ess water by painting us as everything that's bad in society. Her little debacle with Snoop Dogg didn't help her case much either.
Yeah it could have been handled better but on the end it got handled how Will wanted and Chris has to accept it.
As far as the white dude, Will didn’t rearrange his grill but the white dude definitely got the message.
He knew that Will ain’t with the BS and in that event the tap was a success. It was the best way to handle it in that situation. Will had to keep it pushing so he gave him a quick check to make his point but not have security come.

IT was one thing when WE were clowning him (amongst ourselves) for Jada cucking him in front of everyone, but what Chris Rock did was way off code. There were a million jokes he could've written about their behavior as a couple, but to call his wife bald headed on one of the biggest stages for their craft and in front of millions of white people is beyond crazy. To the white people saying "that was not the way handle it. VIolence is never the answer", I say "Emmett Till, Kyle Rittenhouse, and George Zimmerman" To the Black people who disliked the way Will handled it, I say " what would you have done if someone insulted your wife?" folks act like just because it was a joke that Jada can't get offended.
To insult a man's wife in front of him on TV is the epitome of testing someone's gangster. Had he done that on the streets or in a bar, Chris would expect the possibility of a violent response and in some case, death. Lastly, the joke wasn't even funny nor clever. Who the hell wrote that weak ass punchline? Ain't nobody even saw GI Jane when it came out, let alone enough people to catch the reference. Now, I will say, that Will would've been better off handling it backstage off camera. That's probably how I would've taken care of the problem. This white lady at work asked me about it, getting all indignant saying "that's just not the way to handle it. blah blah blah. I looked dead at her and almost said "you must not got a man." But i kept it cool because there were students in the classroom. Folks really out here defending insulting a man's wife, but are quick to go bomb some foreign country.....folks know they be lying. The problem is we let them pretend otherwise.
Great post. White people have no business telling anyone what should and shouldn't be solved with violence. Like you said, White people like to front as if they are civilized and we play right along with them. The USA bombed half the damn world and these people are cool with it but this slap is a bridge too far. That's why I can't even care about what White people think about us because their ethics are guided by their interests.
Exactly how I feel too. When you say something about someone's wife you have to accept whatever consequence you coming to you. Doesn't matter how much of a tramp she is, that man might get at you.

Now THAT is the main question....would he have slapped a white comedian for that??? I am inclined to say NO, BUT if he had slapped a white comedian, I would bet that security would have had to make an appearance....just my opinion...
Will slapped a white guy at some event a few years back, so I believe that Will's energy would've been consistent.
However, had a white comedian upset Jada on Sunday night, then Will would've been stopped by security before he reached the stage.
