What’s sad is that if the doctor removed the dead baby he would have gotten in trouble if someone told. There’s nuance to the law in Texas, that baby has to stay in your belly rain, sleet, or snow.

This. A lot of Black women (and girls) are going to get unsafe back alley abortions; and a bunch of unwanted Black children will be born & neglected and/or mistreated by parents who didn't want them.

There should be an exception for this law because when one's life is at risk, something should be done about it. Imagine having to lose two people simply because there's a law against abortion. It's totally wrong!!
