Would you date someone if they had any kids? Honestly I have dated some women in the past, and a couple of them had a kid or two. I would say, that having a kid or two is not a deal breaker for me. It's when those kids are annoying brats that it becomes a deal breaker. Like damn, take care of your kids.

What are your views on this? Would you date a woman who already has a kid or two or even more?

Younger children ARE annoying and require lots of attention. Essentially, I don't believe in being a step-parent. I can be a genuine, caring and dependable adult who happens to have a deep relationship with your parent at this time. I love kids though, just not the way I see parents love their own and I respect it! It does depend on how many, how old they are, your co-parenting relationship(s) and type of parent you are.

My father's girlfriend wants me to refer to her as Mom, and I am really trying not to make a complete ass of myself *redacted statement* My father on the other hand, has breathing, walking speaking points or convenient fodder and excuses to require space. It's kind of disgusting politics in that regard, but a person's whole life dynamic changes after having kids.

My grandpa remarried and his new wife asked me to call her grandma, I was like?

It all depends on the circumstances.
What if she has full custody of 3, smart, goal-oriented, and fine…you making that move?

    NOOOOOPE!

BEcause I have a kid, she has a kid typically makes for a very small window for when we can see each other.
True. Kids take up a lot of ones time. I know from experience. Last girl I dated she had a kid and he was a handful. We didn't last long, not because of her kid, but because she kinda became possessive. But that's a story for another time.

One kid max and the child has to be 5 or older. That’s enough time for the child to have a solid relationship with each parent, and hopefully enough time for the parents to be over each other. I just want to avoid confusion and/or drama.
Yup, older is better so that you don't have to keep an eye on them all the time. Once you're 10, you better know how to cook some food and take care of yourself a bit haha.

You don't have to refer to her as Mom. I hate when someone comes into the situation and says call me this or that. Like nah, I'll call you by your name because you aren't my mom and never will be. That's how I see it anyway. I don't mind my pops having a new boo, but don't try to get me to call ya mom. So weird.

Now, if I was a little rat child and not an adult, maybe I'd consider calling her mom at some point. But I'm in my 30s, and I would never call someone my pops was dating as my mom. Only if I was raised or grew up with her around would I even consider it.

I am too old 4sure, but even more important to me is my own mother when she was dating with kids under 18, never made us call her mens dad. They were nice men who I could get advise and insight from when my own father wasn't around. That's it! No need for the mind games and I am glad I've never had to deal with that in a world full of mind games!!

He act like he ain't hear her and next time we in the presence of each other and she still on that craziness it will get indignant. He will catch the bidness too!! If he ever felt like he knew my mother, it's best for him to regard how she may have raised her kids.
Let it rain fire and brimstone. If daddy ain't trying to set the boundary then you do it.
