Do you decorate for the holidays?

This year I haven't even put up a tree, just can't be bothered. When I was growing up, my mom loved decorating the house. My dad wasn't into it, but I fell in line with my mom all the time, so I'd often help make decorations and help set up the tree. My mom still does all of that at her home, but my traditions have kinda been slacking these past few years. Since I currently live alone, I see no point in setting up decorations or a tree. But do you? I like having a tree up, because it does remind me a lot about past Christmases, but I don't have many gifts to put under it. Maybe when I have a family of my own, I will change it up. But for now, I don't really bother. What about you?

The Rock could buy the WWE?

The rumors seem to be untrue, but imagine what could be if The Rock was to buy the WWE. He's already purchased up the XFL from Vince McMahon, and with the way the WWE is going, I could see Dwayne Johnson himself bringing it back to success. If you guys haven't heard, WWE shows are seeing less and less people, so bad that they are sanctioning off a portion of the audience from camera view and putting more people on one side. I guess they've been doing it for a while now.

Do you think The Rock could revitalize the WWE?

Were your parents strict or more relaxed?

Growing up, my parents weren't too strict. My dad was a constant yeller at us kids, but we were assholes growing up, always getting into trouble and causing shit. But my parents were always there for me and taught me a lot about respect and life in general. But there has been days in my past where my dad was pissed at me. And you know that feeling, seeing your dad mad, but also seeing the disappointment in his eyes.

Anyway, I had a fairly good childhood. It wasn't perfect, but my parents made do with what they had. I honestly couldn't complain. My mom was a bit more strict about the food I ate, cleaning my room, general things. I didn't cause them too many issues, but when I did, damn did they come down on me good.

I knew a few kids in my neighborhood who had really strict parents. Some racist strict, like they wouldn't let their kids hang out with the black kids in the neighborhood, but joke was on her as they always hung out with us anyway. What were your parents like? Strict? Relaxed? A mix of both?

Morning or night person?

Are you a morning or night person? For me, I can't do mornings anymore. I used to work early, but then landed a job in the afternoon, and ever since I can't do mornings. I wake up, and my body just wants to keep me tired all day. It sucks. So yeah, I'm more of a night owl these days, I don't like to wake up too early, because it does affect my work through the day if I'm too tired.

But what about you? Are you a morning or night person?

Charities that support black people/culture/health and more

What are some of the many charities that are meant to help us? Charities that help with protecting our culture, health, our people, what we enjoy and so much more. I honestly couldn't tell ya what charities are out there. I believe the NAACP also helps with charities and such, but I don't know the name of any charities. I was figuring, we could make a master topic that lists all the charities that are meant to help us. All the good ones that are legit of course.

What do you guys think? Maybe we can also make a topic for Grants and other such things to help.
