So I know the inevitable day will come, and my future kids will be at that age where they want to date. At what age are you okay with your kids dating? I personally know once I have kids, I'm not going to be too thrilled about them dating. I figure most kids these days start dating early, but 13-16 maybe. I honestly would say 18, because I know I'm going to be the same way my dad was and not want to see any of my kids dating. Let them do that after they leave my home haha.

But, what is your view on this? My siblings were already dating when they were young. I think my first girlfriend was when I was like 9, but i didn't do actual dating until like 15-16. idk.

Anyway, how do you handle your kids growing up and dating and getting jobs and shit?

Things look to be opening up this year, so we should all be able to visit family for the most part. But, the past two years it wasn't like that. I didn't see family most of last year. But I did see some of them on Christmas. This year, most of my family is coming up, we ain't going to let the omikron variant stop us. We'll take precautions.

How bad were things at the height of covid? I'm just glad we can see each other again, and in person.

I have to wonder this. I have been wondering this for the last 6 or 7 years now. I see how people talk and act. I see what things people use to segregate and discriminate. MLK Jr was very much in the mindset of judging people based on the content of character and not the color of their skin. I still love his speech. I have always been on the side of love, not hate and I try to stay in a positive space.

That being said, people on left (black and white) are saying we all need to be judged based on our skin color. Nothing else matters. They don't flat out say it but you see it in their demands and their actions.

I started seeing "POC Only" water fountains at schools and college campuses. Like are you for real? Did they not read any sort of history book? Then I hear about black-only graduations, black-only school meetings, black-only classes...

Maybe I am looking at all this wrong but none of it sits right with me. What do you think about all this?

If you have friends that gravitate to the foolish things, you have to leave them behind. Nothing sadder that a 30 year old with a twisted cap and dressing like he's going to the gym when he's really going to dinner.

I follow Bishop Talbert Swan on Twitter, he goes in on white supremist hard, especially the "religious" ones. If you like to see bigots get put on check, I suggest following him.
I'm not religious at all, but if I were, he's the type of "man of the cloth" I'd consider going to church to listen to.

I think I might be the only FBA in the United States that's probably never played, owned or watched any of his videos or listen to a full song by him.
From the very beginning of is career when he started getting a buzz, I've seen interviews with him and I didn't like dudes vibe, at all. It's something about him I can't look pass. He might have dope music, too bad I'll never know.

Nothing too embarrassing if it's something you don't want to reveal. Just post about dumb things you remember doing, and now you just laugh about it these days.

The dumbest thing I remember doing, was cancelling one of my cards fairly recently. I had borrowed my card to my brother to get some food. He comes back and mentions he lost his wallet with my card. So I scramble to cancel it so that no one grabs my money. But, I didn't realize he took a different card and I cancelled my main one. I had the card in my wallet at the time. I just freaked out and assumed he lost my card. But yeah, that's a dumb moment that happened to me recently. Maybe I'll share more later. :D

Have you ever gone to a small concert for someone who is very famous? Maybe it was before they became famous, or maybe it was after and they went back to their roots performing at a small venue. I've see some acts in small venues, but I don't recall anyone too famous ever playing at them. Did you ever get to see an artist before they hit their prime? What was it like when you found out they hit it famous?
