The Three F's By Neely Fuller Jr. (Things To NEVER Do Or Say To A Race Soldier):
1. DO NOT FUSS! = STOP ARGUING, STOP TALKING ABOUT YOUR "RIGHTS" WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ANY AS A PRISONER OF WAR! This will only entice the Race Soldiers to further mistreat you.
2. DO NOT FIGHT! = ALWAYS ALLOW THEM TO GRAB YOU, DO NOT SWEAR AT THEM, DO NOT STRUGGLE OUT OF HANDCUFFS OR WHEN THEY PIN YOU DOWN! Otherwise they will use your resistance against them as a reason for killing you.
3. DO NOT FLEE OR THEY WILL KILL YOU!
Note: Always be as calm as possible during interactions with Race Soldiers, arguing or failing to negotiate with their commands will allow them to send you to Greater Confinement (Prison) or kill you.

Question One: How can you combat the System Of White Supremacy/Racism?
Answer To Question One: In order to combat the System Of Racism/White Supremacy you need to form your own Compensatory Counter-Racist Code (code of conduct) for yourself as an individual Victim Of Racism.
Question Two: What is the purpose of a Compensatory Counter-Racist Code?
Answer To Question Two: To prevent greater mistreatment and possible death caused by Suspected Racists AKA White people (White people are referred to as 'Suspected Racists' by attempted Counter-Racists because you do not know and cannot prove who is a White Supremacist/Racist while living inside the Global System Of White Supremacy as every White Supremacist has a crowd of people to defend them at all times so that the System Of White Supremacy is further maintained by lies such as "Racism no longer exists", "Racism is not the world's biggest problem", "Yeah, he/she was a Racist but he/she just said that they are no longer Racist so that means that they are telling the truth" etc. Discussions involving these lies rarely get resolved to help reveal the fact that White Supremacy still exists and often end up turning into arguments because the Victim Of Racism who is trying to prove the current existence of Racism/White Supremacy either does not have a Compensatory Counter-Racist Code of their own or they are simply acting Off-Code).
Question Three: How should you carry your Compensatory Counter-Racist Code?
Answer To Question Three: You should have your personal Compensatory Counter-Racist Code written down on your phone or a piece of paper.
Question Four: What are the three main subheadings that you should include for your interactions with Suspected Racists?
Answer To Question Four: include the following subheadings for interacting with White people and Non-White people:
• Thought (For how and what you should be or should not be thinking when communicating with White people and Non-White people).
• Speech (Things that you should say or should not be saying to White people and Non-White people).
• Behaviour (How you should and should not be acting around White people and Non-White people).
Question Five: When should you revise your Compensatory Counter-Racist Code?
Answer To Question Five: I would advise that you revise your Compensatory Counter-Racist Code as soon as you wake up and read it again for however many minutes it takes for you to read the newest instructions to your code (after the old instructions that you have written/typed down have sunken deep into your Brain-Computer) as well as the most important instructions to every subheading in your Code.
Question Six: What other Compensatory Counter-Racist Codes should be created?
Answer To Question Six: It is a good idea to have a Compensatory Counter-Racist Code for every situation you are in such as:
1. Interacting with Race Soldiers (so-called police officers).
2. Interacting with other Non-White people so that you can give them constructive information and so that no harm can be made to you or to another other Non-White person by other Victims Of Racism (Because we as Non-White people, especially Black people have been trained to mistreat, kill or want to kill other Black people by the White Supremacists).
3. Interacting with White and Non-White work colleagues and or White or Non-White customers at your job/Plantation (if you do serve customers).
Second Note: If a certain instruction to your code does not or know longer works for interacting with White people and Non-White people then think logically about the best solution to add to your Code.

A Texas teacher gained nationwide attention Monday for sharing a screenshot of a text message where she asked her partner to 'come and kill' a White man.
Note: I have tried to keep this as general and spoiler free as possible. But stop now if you want to watch first to stay on the safe side.
Tagged as both Sci-Fi and Comedy, this movie turned out to be so much more than either of the parameters those two labels can bring. First thing I thought when I saw this movie was Fallout 4. It reminds me of Bethesda's ill-executed story very much. Where director, Juel Taylor succeeds is how the movie fleshes out the characters and the plot much better than the game's paltry attempt
I found the film to be a brilliant cinematic display from Taylor, of what many self-aware and community-focused black folks feel, but often struggle to articulate; and that is, far too many of us are complacent and MORE than willing to simply "PLAY THE PART" within the system, instead of waking up and taking a stand against our enemies. I feel like the moral of the movie is: "If we knew better, we'd do better. And when we know better, we show better."
Anyway, on to the review:
The subliminal messages in this movie are everywhere, from the underground facilities where the cloning and the brain washing takes place, to the location of the service elevators leading to the facilities is, IMO, brilliance: A Church, A Trap House, A Strip Club, A Corner Store. It gave me a "They're doing this under our noses and right in our faces" kind of vibe. Yet we still patron these places, we still put stock in their value. We're still out here "playing our part" to keep everything fucked up; intentionally or unintentionally.
Then, there's the music they play with the hidden messages, influencing how we feel about and treat ourselves and each other, to the processed food and the ingredients they use, to the hair products we use and all the manufactured shit we consume, yet never take stock in how it's actually affecting us. There is a scene where they are experimenting different songs and then watching how it effects the behavior of the two people they're analyzing... Like rats in a cage. There's another scene where they're eating at this local chicken joint and one of the main characters suddenly realizes they have the chicken laced with something that makes everyone just start laughing uncontrollably and then the enemies monitor how it affects us, how fast and continuously run reports on it. Then there's a scene where they end up in Church because they discover that's where one of the elevators to the facility is, and they see the congregation just acting a WHOLE entire fool. While they drink the communion juice that they don't realize is laced with the same ingredients from the chicken also.
I don't want to say too much for those who want to watch the movie spoiler free. But.......
Then there's the "A-ha" moment in the movie. After discovering what's happening and how they've helped to contribute to it, 2 of the 3 main characters, Fontaine (John Boyega) and Slick Charles (Jamie Foxx), experience what appears to be regret, depression, and shame. But then the 3rd member of their little unlikely crew, Yo-Yo (Teyonah Parris) gets caught by "them" and they have to come together along with the entire community to put aside their petty differences and take the fight to the enemy. This part of the movie was amazing because it showcased ALL we can accomplish if we stop the petty, divisive bullshit and come together for a common cause. Taking the fight TO our common enemy instead of making ourselves the enemy of each other.
I thought the plot twist moment toward the end was pretty good too. As I said in the beginning, this film reminded me of Fallout 4 from the start, so for me, it wasn't really unexpected per se. But I still thought it was good. I won't get into it because it would be a colossal spoiler, but it was a pretty damn good plot twist considering how the movie frames up who the "enemy" might be.
The casting was amazing. John Boyega, Jamie Foxx and Teyonah Parris shine as a trio. Initially depicting the usual tropes movies associate with Black people: The drug dealer, the pimp and the hoe, and then masterfully spinning them into this unlikely "Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys"-esque team, who haphazardly find themselves in the middle of this huge conspiracy. Their acting was fantastic.
Overall, this movie was definitely worth the just short of two hours, time spent. Because I wasn't surprised by the plot twist it didn't have the WOW factor for me but, if I had a say, I would give this flick, 5 out of 6Zeros.
Whenever I had heard Mr. Gus. T Renegade talk on the C.O.W.S (Context Of White Supremacy) broadcast about practicing Black Self-Respect, I had no idea what he had meant but since I had finished the Isis Papers by Dr. Frances Cress Welsing and had found these two pages while reading the book, I now understand and always try my best to practice these twelve laws everyday. I never knew Dr. Welsing personally but I know that this is what she would have wanted.
