So my little bro said since we are having a smaller Christmas this year, we should each pick a few Christmas comedy movies and then randomize them and draw one at random to watch after dinner tomorrow. He likes planning stuff like this last minute every dang year. I only just found out last night too and I am not sure what movies to pick!

I need to pick 3 good ones but I don't watch very many Christmas movies. Ya'll got some good ones?

This video believe is the usual response. A whole lot of sistas are upset. What's the problem? They seem happy, they love each other, what's the problem?

Let's also look at the hypocrisy. Jodie Turner Smith did the same exact thing and was lauded for it. 'go gurl, get that zaddy'. And that white man (Joshua Jackson) did it on national tv, not some small platform. No one said a word.

Finally, it was taken fully out of context. He was asked does mean you were the prize when he talked about how they met. He agreed. Its the truth. Simone wanted that man, got him. She's actually way richer than him. He went to a small college (MissouriWestern), was undrafted, made the squad of a couple sides and it wasn't till a couple years ago he made any kind of real money (1.175 million 2 year contract). Simone is worth around 15 million more or less by some estimates.

Bottom line is if they are both happy, so what? Before all this, no one was saying shyt. They wanted her to get a white man. That's really it. Gymastics, tennis, figure skating, swimming, sports where there are overwhelmingly white in America, sisters sometimes date who they are around.

Simone wanted a brotha, got the one she wanted, and everyone mad....except Simone.

I know not everyone celebrates Christmas. My family does and our focus is on family. I think it is important to have days we set aside each year to celebrate us coming together with our families and just being thankful. The family unit is being attacked and has been attacked for decades now. No matter what you believe or where you are on your spiritual path, always remember that family is very, very important.

I will probably be on the next few days since the mornings are usually slow for me and I have work off but I just wanted to wish those of you that celebrate a Merry Christmas now just in case!

So this movie is coming out.


And ya'll... I have some questions.

I understand they are making a mockery of the troupe in Hollywood where a black character sets the stage to guide a white character on their journey but most people ain't thinking about that. The main focus is going to be on the characters interactions and what is being shown in the movie, not what it is poking fun at.

That being said... who the hell thought it would be a great idea to make a movie about magical black people that WILL LOSE THEIR POWER if they are aren't constantly making white people happy!? Also wtf is up with the main dude falling for a white chick? Who is this movie for?

Am I missing something? Maybe something is going right over my head.

The NFL is so crazy…they’re letting blatant pass interference and other penalties slide to IMO keep the other team in the game. A Rams receiver got pushed to the ground while about to catch they and they didn’t even give a 10 yard penalty.

It’s reakky just entertainment at this point.

Now Brother Glynn Simmons is exonerated after almost 50 years of incarceration. This is sobering. Although innocent, we're held until we're old and lose the most vibrant years of our lives. Almost 60% of all exonerations are black people, mainly black men!

Just finished the series not sure if it's a one off or seasonal but it was good from the writing to the acting I'll give it 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s. It took a minute for me to get to it but I'm Glad I watched. It gives great insights into the life of Lawman family man Reeves and delves into what made him the Legend he became. Also an early look into our civil rights movement and earlly black activism after the Civil War which Bass was a Confederate soldier. You'll be interested from the first episode! Find it on Paramount/Prime video 8 episodes
