Pre-Covid I was in the gym 4 days a week, I need to get back on it, I'm getting a bit of gut now. I used to do:
- Arms - Mon
- Chest - Tues
- Back - Weds
- Legs - Thurs
..and then rest the other days. What's your regimen? It looks like @lexodyssey in the picture.
