I haven't frequented Funny or Die in years, so I probably would have never saw this, I'm thankful for not having to see it. But I'm honestly surprised no one made a fuss about it before. It sounds like the mom has been working on catching these creeps for years now. If there is literal proof of these two putting these kids in these situations, they are done for.

How did it even get filmed? How did it get past editing? and how did it even get past the pitch phase of writing this sketch. Why would any non creep think this was humorous? pedo humor is usually what the other folks do. Makes me wonder if this was some sort of ritual for them to the folks in charge.

    Questions needing answers:
    Who were the filmmakers?
    Whose idea was it and who gave this trash the greenlight?
    Who were the editors and staff behind the scenes?
    Who were the writers, directors, producers, and executive producers?
    Who were the camera people and staff on set?
    Who or what company owns and runs Funny or Die?

    It makes zero sense to only hold Aries Spears and Tiffany Haddish to account when they obviously had a team of other people working with them.

    The whole system is ran and managed by these people. It's going to take a MASSIVE overhaul of it to get everyone. Just look at nothing happening regarding that island that a LOT of famous and rich people visited.

    Can't view the clip, its blocked and don't want to. I believe everyone who says its bad or worse. That said, it sounds like they took what is comedy way past any sense of decency. To be fair, they aren't pedophiles. What they are, are comedians desperate to be relevant and funny and way over the line. The fact they posted it, willingly, says it all. They thought it was funny not over the line. Pedophiles don't put that out there like that. To be fair.

    It is NOT an attempt to exonerate them but put it in its proper context. Should they be punished? Of course. Money or jail or a combination, whatever is just. But it sounds like they didn't stop each other from crossing lines, took it way the f*ck too far and now will likely pay with their careers and possibly worse.

    ....another thing, let me start off by saying I was never a fan of either. Especially Tiffany. I was happy for her. She got fame and fortune late and was gonna play the Hollywood game to get the bag. Aries had some very good impressions of rappers and such I liked but as a person I wasn't a fan.

    That said, and this is a lot of speculation and it won't go over well. Probably some thumbs downs but eff it, its what I honestly think probably is...

    1. Neither are pedophiles in the traditional sense. Stupid AF for thinking it was funny? Hell yeah. Pedos? Nah. They released thinking it was funny and was like that weird ass kid in school who can't understand peeing in the teachers coffee mug is not funny but some sick shit. (we had a kid like that, everyone stayed the f*ck away from him).

    2. They need to be punished. What that is, I don't know. Money, jail, whatever. I'm not a judge.

    3. The kids were at the very least uncomfortable and at worst scarred by what they had to do.

    4. I originally thought this happened very recently. This was a long time ago (2014? Not sure but it was a while). It DOES NOT negate how bad it is. At all. That said, my guess is the parents have either been negotiating about a settlement and didn't get one or felt, they needed a bag now. If Aries and Tiffany released it they are stupid AF, if the parents released it...well....

    Again, even if the parent(s) were threatening them with release if they didn't get something it does not mean the act wasn't just as bad regardless. It is. My guess? And its only a guess. It will come out the parents were negotiating (one view, extorting will be Spears and Haddish's lawyer view). Just a guess.

    I believe with Funny or Die, people can upload their own content, kinda like YouTube. From what I heard, they took action on it once they heard about it, which was shortly after it aired I guess.

    My guess is that it was posted to either Tiffany Haddish or Aries Spears channel on there. Or some other co-run channel or something. idk, I've never used Funny or Die myself. Always caught their videos on YouTube.

    To be real, much of his career was already over when MADTV ended back around 2008. Outside of his standup comedy work, he wasn't really popping like that after the end of MADTV. Key and Peele (his fellow MADTV Alumni) have been the most successful of all the MADTV cast and people gravitated more to Kevin Hart and other comic. It also didn't help when he became a pitiful laughing stock after infamous footage of him getting physically beat tf up during a radio show went viral back around 2017.

    Not sure what to believe at this point. My guess is that Haddish must have paid them good, because the response makes it sounds like all is good. Here's what the article quotes Jane Doe as saying:

    No news on if Aries Spears settled. They didn't mention him at all. My guess is that it's still ongoing there.
