From my understanding the dark web is encrypted.Im not exactly sure but the Prefixs like .com or.net is a directory. This would have to be true if an entire country can block prefixes.
The dark web gets away from my expertise but if you're going to use any type of traditional pipes you will have to encrypt. Also IPs are like a big pie...so for IPv4 they sliced off a big chunk of the pie for North America...an entity named ARIN is responsible for issuing out all IPs in North America. So everyone in North America has the same prefix, IP-wise...so if I want to block North America I can say Block All IPs that start with 752.x.x.x and all of North America is blocked. Now this works even granularly...a company like Facebook is going to own a block of IP space...like 752.521.X.X and I can simply block everything that starts with 752.521 and Facebook is blocked in my country. From my understanding the dark web is encrypted.Im not exactly sure but the Prefixs like .com or.net is a directory.
